Hi, I'm Kishan.
I've been building software since 2013, as a developer, tech lead, Scrum Master and technical project manager. That's the Tech Lead Manager mix: I make the technical calls, write the code, and make sure it actually gets delivered.
Today I work as a Forward Deployed Engineer. I embed with your team, learn your systems and users first-hand, and ship working software and AI into production. AI coding agents do much of the building, with specs, tests and reviews keeping it production-grade.

What is a Forward Deployed Engineer?
An engineer who embeds with your team to build and ship working software, often AI, into your real systems. I learn the problem from your users, build with AI coding agents under tests and review, and stay until it runs in production.
Do you build, or do you lead?
Both. I can build your product hands-on with AI agents, lead your engineers as a Tech Lead Manager, or run delivery as a technical project manager. Many engagements mix all three.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the scope and how much of my week the work needs. After a free 30-minute call you get a ballpark on cost and timeline, before you commit to anything.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. I work remotely with clients anywhere. I'm on India time (UTC+05:30), which overlaps with European mornings and US evenings.
Who owns the code?
You do, from the first commit, in your own repository and cloud account. Nothing depends on me to keep running.
