What this site collects

If you send a message, the form collects your name, email address, optionally your company, the topic you selected and whatever you write in the message field. It is used to reply to you and for nothing else.

The message is delivered by Resend, which acts as a processor on my behalf. It arrives in my email inbox. Nothing is written to a database, because this site does not have one.

Your IP address is held in memory for up to an hour to rate-limit the form. It is not written to disk and it is not associated with your message.

Page views are counted by Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, which are cookieless and do not build a profile of you or follow you to other sites. I see aggregate counts of which pages are read and how quickly they load.

There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel and no social tracking script on any page.

Enquiry emails stay in my inbox while the conversation is live and for up to two years afterwards, so that I can pick up a thread if you come back. Analytics data is aggregate and is retained by Vercel under their own schedule.

You can ask me for a copy of anything I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email thevkcofficial@gmail.com and I will action it within thirty days. There is no form to fill in and no account to close.

If you are in the UK or EU and you think I have handled your data badly, you have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
