In short
I have written production code since 2013 — engineer, then full-stack, technical lead, Scrum Master, and now project manager running delivery. Through every role I kept reading the code, because that is where the real answers are.
Mostly the Microsoft stack — .NET, Azure and Office add-ins — with React, Next.js and TypeScript on the front, and AI features built to be measured rather than demoed, local models included where privacy is the requirement.
I run a practice, not an agency. You get me — no account manager, no junior team learning your domain at your expense. In exchange I take only a few engagements at a time and turn down work that does not fit, so I am straight about capacity on the first call, not in week three.
How I work
- I build the whole stack
- Frontend, API, database and cloud — with AI coding tools for the first draft, so a working version arrives in days. One person builds it end to end, and one person is accountable when it breaks.
- I make the technical calls, and explain them
- Architecture, the data model, build-versus-buy — I decide these with a technical lead's judgement and put the trade-off in plain language, so you choose with me rather than hear about it after.
- I run the delivery, not just the code
- Certified Scrum Master, thirteen years leading projects: I plan in short slices, flag risk early, and send a status you can read in ninety seconds. If a date is going to move, you hear it from me first.
- Handover is a deliverable
- A runbook and a recorded walkthrough ship with the code. If your team cannot run it without me, I have not finished — I have created a dependency.
